Integration and modernisation of the systems you already have.

Most companies do not need a new system; they need the ones they have to talk to each other, run on current platforms and stop depending on one person’s spreadsheet. We connect, upgrade and, where needed, rebuild.

Typical systemsERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce, property and hotel management, marketplaces, payment
MethodsAPIs, middleware, data pipelines, scheduled synchronisation
ModernisationRehost, replatform, refactor or rebuild — chosen per system
OutcomeDocumented interfaces that you own

System-to-system integration

  • Orders from shop and marketplaces into ERP and accounting
  • CRM and marketing tools kept in step
  • Shop, warehouse and carriers connected
  • Property or hotel systems linked to website, portal and accounting

API development

  • Secure APIs for partners, customers and apps
  • Authentication, rate limits, versioning, documentation

Middleware or custom

  • Integration platforms (n8n, Power Automate, iPaaS) for standard flows
  • Custom services where volume, rules or reliability demand it
  • The choice explained and written down

Data pipelines and reporting

  • Consolidated data from several systems
  • Dashboards and scheduled reports
  • Data quality checks

Master data

  • One source of truth for customers, products, units or rooms
  • Rules for who may change what

Assessment

Code, dependencies, hosting, security, documentation and the people who know the system — against the business value it carries and the risk it poses.

Options

Rehost (move as is), replatform (newer runtime or database), refactor (restructure without changing behaviour) or rebuild — with cost, risk and remaining life for each.

Typical work

  • Upgrades of PHP, .NET or Java applications and their frameworks
  • Database upgrades and migrations
  • Moving on-premises applications to managed cloud
  • Replacing Access, Excel and macro tools with proper applications
  • Retiring unsupported servers and operating systems

Data migration

  • Mapping, cleaning and verification
  • Parallel running and reconciliation
  • A rehearsed cut-over with a rollback path

Documentation

Undocumented systems are documented as we go: architecture, data model, interfaces, operations.

  1. Mapping weeks 1–2

Which data, from where to where, how often, and what happens on errors. Access to the systems and their interfaces confirmed.

  2. Specification weeks 2–3

Interface specification with field mapping, rules, error handling and monitoring — signed off by you and, where needed, the vendors.

  3. Build and test weeks 3–10

Built and tested with real data in test environments; edge cases and failures rehearsed.

  4. Go-live agreed date

Staged activation with monitoring and a rollback path; hypercare.

  5. Operation monthly

Every integration monitored, errors handled, changes on both sides tracked.

  • Interface specification with field mapping and rules.
  • Error handling and alerting so failures are seen and handled, not discovered weeks later.
  • Monitoring of every flow.
  • Logging for traceability.
  • Documentation in your repository.
  • Support when either side changes.
Our ERP vendor says integration is impossible.

It is rarely impossible; it is usually a question of the vendor’s API, database access or file exchange — and of who pays for it. We assess the options and tell you which is safe.

How do you avoid breaking the old system?

Read-only first, test environments, parallel runs and staged cut-over. Every change is reversible.

Should we rebuild or upgrade?

The assessment answers that with numbers: risk, cost of upgrade against rebuild, remaining life. Often a staged approach — stabilise now, replace later — is the sensible one.
