Cloud management on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and European providers.

Design, migration and day-to-day operation of cloud environments on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and European providers: the right architecture for the workload, EU regions, costs that are visible and under control, and an operations team that keeps everything patched, monitored and backed up.

ProvidersAWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, European infrastructure providers
RegionsEU only, unless you decide otherwise
FormatMonthly fee per environment; cloud costs passed through at cost
OperationsMonitoring 24/7; response in business hours; on-call for critical systems by arrangement

Cloud is not one product but a set of building blocks. We choose and operate the ones that fit your applications, and we write down why.

Architecture and landing zones

  • Account and subscription structure, networking, identity and guardrails
  • Separate development, staging and production environments
  • Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep) so every change is reviewable and repeatable
  • Design along the providers’ well-architected frameworks: security, reliability, performance, cost, operations

Migration

  • Assessment of what you run today and what it depends on
  • A plan per system: rehost, replatform or rebuild
  • Data migration with verification, cut-over at agreed times, a rollback path
  • Decommissioning of old servers and contracts

Operations

  • Patching of operating systems and managed services in maintenance windows
  • Monitoring and alerting: availability, performance, capacity, certificates
  • Backups and restore tests as part of the environment (see Backup and disaster recovery)
  • Change management: changes announced, logged and reversible
  • Incident handling, with a written post-mortem for anything significant

Cost management

  • Budgets and alerts per environment
  • Right-sizing; reserved and spot capacity where it is safe
  • A monthly cost report in plain language: what is spent, on what, what changes next
  • Cloud invoices passed through at cost — no margin on infrastructure

Containers, databases and platform services

  • Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) or simpler container services when they fit
  • Managed databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Redis
  • Object storage, content delivery, queues, serverless functions
  • Secrets and key management, logging and audit trails

AWS

The broadest catalogue of services and regions; the usual choice for custom software products, data platforms and anything that must scale.

Microsoft Azure

The natural fit for companies already on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, for Windows Server and SQL Server workloads, and for hybrid set-ups with an existing office network.

Google Cloud

The base for Gemini and Vertex AI work, BigQuery data platforms and companies on Google Workspace; EU regions in Frankfurt, Belgium, the Netherlands and elsewhere.

European infrastructure providers

Cost-efficient virtual machines, storage and managed Kubernetes under EU jurisdiction end to end — well suited to standard web workloads and to clients who want a European provider.

Your existing provider

We can operate what you have. Migration is proposed only when the numbers or the risks justify it.

  1. Assessment weeks 1–3

Inventory of systems and dependencies, target architecture, cost comparison with today, migration order.

  2. Build weeks 2–6

Landing zone as code: networking, identity, monitoring, backups, security baselines. Tested before any workload moves.

  3. Move per system

Data synchronisation, test cut-over, production cut-over at an agreed time, a hypercare period with heightened monitoring.

  4. Operate monthly

Patching, monitoring, cost report and a quarterly architecture review.

  • Infrastructure as code in a repository in your name.
  • Monitoring with dashboards you can open yourself.
  • Patching and updates in scheduled windows; security patches sooner.
  • Backups and restore tests as part of the environment.
  • Cost report every month, in plain language.
  • Documentation and runbooks for every environment.
  • Access: you keep root and owner rights; we work through named accounts with MFA that you can revoke.
Is the cloud cheaper than our own servers?

Not automatically. It is cheaper for variable workloads and for companies that no longer want to own hardware and its risks; it is more expensive when environments are left running unmanaged. The assessment gives you a cost comparison before you decide.

Where is our data stored?

In EU regions — Frankfurt, Vienna, Stockholm, Paris or Amsterdam, depending on the provider — unless you ask for something else. Data location is written into the architecture document.

Can we keep some systems on-premises?

Yes. Hybrid set-ups with a VPN or private link between your office or data centre and the cloud are common, particularly during a transition.

Who holds the account?

You do. Accounts, subscriptions and billing are in your company’s name. We are administrators with named, MFA-protected access that you can revoke at any time.

Do you provide a service-level agreement?

Yes. Response times by priority, maintenance windows and reporting are defined in the contract. Availability of the underlying platform follows the provider’s SLA, which we design around: multiple availability zones, backups, tested recovery.

Tell us what you run today and where.

We reply within one business day with first thoughts on architecture and cost — free and without obligation.
